Uri Dreifus

 Mr. Dreifus is currently the President and Co-Founder of Approved Capital Corp. Uri is active as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Approved Funding Corp, a multi-state mortgage bank and direct lender. Uri has been a dynamic facilitator of private mortgages for over a decade.

 Uri started his career in 1995 working as a title closer for a local abstract company. Crossing over to the residential lending sector, Uri began as a loan processor and soon got promoted to Underwriter for a New York Mortgage Bank where he was responsible for credit review, appraisal assessment, income and asset analysis, and overall qualification of loans submitted for approval. From there, Uri expanded into origination where he excelled as a loan officer for several years before being promoted to Branch Manager. Uri led his branch to top accolade before joining Approved Funding as Vice President in 2001.

Shmuel Shayowitz

 Mr. Shayowitz is currently the Vice President and Co-Founder of Approved Capital Corp. Shmuel is active as the President of Approved Funding Corp, a multi-state mortgage bank and direct lender. Shmuel has been an active catalyst of private mortgages for over a decade. Shmuel began his mortgage career as a loan processor at Approved Funding in 1993. After effectively learning the vast details of residential lending, Shmuel joined a multi-billion dollar Savings Bank where he quickly became one of their top Mortgage Consultants. Rejoining Approved Funding in 1997 as Senior Vice President, Shmuel immediately contributed to the companies growth and increased production. Today, Shmuel is President of Approved Funding, managing the day to day operations and actively involved in all aspects of the company’s development.
