Participation Funds
The Participation Fund is for our more experienced investor. This fund allows for a greater yield and return on investment while sharing the risk of default on the specific loan.
Additionally, this method gives the participant the option to be actively involved in structuring certain loan level characteristics of the set-up from the initial stages. All investors of the Participation Fund will receive a custom prospectus of the loan including terms and conditions to the borrowers, as well as available yield to investors. Each participant will have the ability to join and will be an active participant in the mortgage. As with all our loans, Approved Capital will arrange for all due-diligence and legal review and will be the loan servicer. Monthly payments will be submitted to Approved Capital and investor checks will be disbursed after payments clear.

Performance Funds
The Performance Fund is for our less experienced investor, or for the investor who does not want to be involved with loan level issues. 
This fund allows for an excellent yield and return on investment, while giving the investor the option to return a higher yield over traditional bank investments without risking specific mortgage defaults. Approved Financial will pledge and commit to a specific term and yield of investment, and will make monthly disbursement checks to the investor regardless of our portfolio performance. The Performance Fund has offered a steady return on investment for the entry level investor who is interested in participating in mortgage lending without the inherit risks of loan performance.
